Ask & Record Toolbar Technical Support

January 15, 2010: Attention Windows XP users: A recent Microsoft update is causing the Ask & Record Toolbar recording function to error when run from within Internet Explorer. We are working on a fix for this issue. Until then, you can run the toolbar error free from within the Firefox browser. The issue is related to Internet Explorer only.
