I get an error message when I try to uninstall Replay A/V

Occasionally the uninstall file gets deleted. It's possible that some anti-virus or anti-spyware programs flag the uninstaller as a false positive and thereby disable the uninstall.

A workaround is to reinstall, and then uninstall again, as the reinstallation process restores the uninstall file.

Yeah..this sounds inconvenient, but when the files are damaged it is the only way. Prior to uninstalling make sure that you have fully exited Replay AV and that it is not just minimized to the system tray. If you should need to re-download previous versions you can do so from the main downloads page.
