I can't open Replay Player on my PC.

Replay Player requires Windows Media Player 7.0 or later to run. try installing the latest Windows Media Player from here:

The recorded show is hard to hear.

You may need to adjust the recording volume, or the volume on your Media Player.

To adjust your recording volume:

1. In Replay Radio, click Settings, Sound Mixer.
2. Select Optimize Mixer Volume for Recording. This will automatically place the volume of your Windows recording source at mid-range.

You can also manually set the recording volume:

1. Unselect Optimize Mixer Volume for Recording (see above).
2. Click Setup Windows Sound Mixer.
3. Click the Audio tab.
4. Click Volume under Recordings.
5. Set the volume for the recording source you are using.

Try increasing the volume inside the Player you are using.

The recorded show did not appear.

This is likely a recording problem -- if no sound data is detected, the recorded file won't save.
