This Might Be a Network Configuration Issue

Replay Media Catcher is only able to capture when your PC uses Internet Protocol version 4 (IPv4). Many high speed Internet Providers have started using Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6), but you can switch to IPv4 with no loss in speed.

Let's see if you are configured as IPv6.

• In Windows XP, please SKIP this step and answer No to the question below.
• In Windows Vista, 7, & 8, please open Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> Network Sharing Center. Click on your active "Connections:". This will bring up a window of your internet connection status.

If the answer is anything other than "No Internet access", we need to turn off IPv6 as follows:

1. Click the Properties button.
2. In the "This connection uses the following items" list box, deselect the option for "Internet Protocol version 6 (TCP/IPv6)" and click OK.
3. Close the network Status window.
4. Restart Replay Media Catcher, and turn on monitoring by pressing the green START switch.
5. Now play this YouTube video and see if it captures.
