Since your Internet Explorer can access the registration server, our software should be able to do so also. However, sometimes antivirus and firewall packages will block communication between Replay Media Catcher 5 and the registration server.
Check your firewall and antivirus settings to make sure Replay Media Catcher 5 (jrmcp.exe) is not being blocked.
Attempt to register again via the Help->Registration menu.
If you are still unable to register, please submit a support ticket, making sure to let us know the antivirus, firewall, and anti-malware software you are using.
