Let's clear any previous registration information

An older Replay Media Catcher registration code in your system may be causing the problem. Let's erase it.

  1. In the Replay Media Catcher Help menu, please click on Reset Registration Info.
  2. After confirming that you want to reset registration info, the registration window should appear again. If it does not, it can be opened via the Help->Registration menu option.
  3. Please re-enter your registration code.
